1. Management of links

For addition of the link you should choose the site to which it will be added, and specify exact URL of the page where to search for the link. If you need to add several links, note, that after saving of the information, you should return to the form for addition .

It is supposed, that on one line there can be several links, but as a divider in this case there should be a blank .

After addition of links in the list of sites you should underline the total of links for each site.

In each case preliminary you should choose for what site actions will be carried out.
At removal of links you can remove not only certain, but also all links for this site. Thus it is not necessary to put a tick on each link, it is enough to mark an option." remove all links ".

If it is necessary to check up in further only some links, they can be transferred to another group. you may use point " transfer " in the menu " links " of LinkMonitor.

2. Import of links

Besides addition of links manually, you can take an opportunity of import of links.
For this purpose you may choose operation " Import of links from Yandex " or " Import of links from Google " in the menu " Operation " of LinkMonitor.

And in the opened window to specify a mode of execution of operation (it can be carried out once-only, or under the schedule) and sites for which it is necessary to take links. Thus you may mark not only sites, but also groups of sites.

After addition of operation the status of its execution will be shown in the list. Besides after execution the notice will come on the electronic address .

Operation is carried out from one to several minutes depending on congestion of a server. In case of a mistake operation can be cancelled, by using point " delete " in the menu " Operation " of LinkMonitor. After execution of operation the taken links will be added to corresponding site.

3. Check of links

After addition of all links you may get data on where and what links to a site are. For this purpose you should choose operation " Check of the link " in the menu " Operation " of LinkMonitor.
Addition of operation is similar to described before operation of import of links.

The final information can be found in menu " LinkMonitor " of the unit " Reports ".

4. Availability of links

After the information about links is received, it is necessary to find out, whether page where links stand are accessible to search robots . for this purpose it is possible to check up whether in a file robots.txt the page with links is closed and whether there are tags , closing the link on this page.

For this purpose you can use operations " Analysis of robots.txt " and " Analysis of tag " ":

You can choose them in the menu " Operation " of LinkMonitor .
The final information on their execution can be found in menu " LinkMonitor " of the unit " Reports ".

5. The analysis of link base

After the information about links to various sites is received, for example, after import of links to any site (or group of sites) and sites of competitors, you can find out what links are on sites of competitors, but are not on the basic site .

For this purpose you may take operation " Analysis of link base ":

In a Right-wing group you should choose the basic site (sites), and in left - sites of competitors (or a group).
Result of execution will be links which are on the sites allocated at the left, but are not on the sites allocated on the right .
Results of operation can be kept. For example, if it is planned to exchange in further links with sites on which links to competitors stand. You can keep both the full address of page with links, or only the address of the main page .

The same operation you may use to define what links have appeared on a site from the moment of last import.
For this purpose links should be in different groups. A principle is following: at the left to allocate links new, on the right - old.
